Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Associate Analyst to support project and task assignments related to client mailings, block transfers, and data mining. You will regularly exercise sound business judgment and work to resolve data issues.

Join a collaborative team and help with onboarding new business and provider relationships in support of sales. Develop skills in policies and procedures while handling less complex projects and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data management or analytics.
• Preferrences: Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access a plus).
• Project management experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• The Associate Analyst role is to support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues and leverage opportunities to increase knowledge and responsibilities.
• Jointly participate in project & task assignments with other team members to gain experience in policies and procedures related to the facilitation of proposals, onboarding new business, and managing provider relationships in support of sales.
• Assume responsibility of less complex projects & tasks while developing fundamental concepts, practices and procedures.
• Regularly exercise excellent business judgment; research and resolve departmental issues that increase efficiency.
• Maintenance of accurate and current documentation where appropriate and work with appropriate parties to ensure timely deliverables.
• Pro-active communication with all responsible parties for updates and reporting.
• Become accomplished in use of all relevant department tools and resources.
