Impact you will make
As a Data Analytics and Performance Monitoring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of our team. This role is instrumental in proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, making data-driven decisions, and providing valuable insights to support internal teams.
What you will do
Develop and lead special data analysis projects to identify trends, root causes, and configuration issues
Monitor alerts for potential issues, proactively taking action to maintain performance standards
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance revenue growth
Create ad hoc performance reports to facilitate effective communication of value and performance to our customers
Collaborate with team members to provide valuable insights and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with the technical account managers to ensure that customers receive top-tier customer service and technical expertise
Maintain a strong adherence to Service Level Agreements, ensuring that performance standards are met
Support the team in identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to overall customer satisfaction
What you will bring
2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with proficiency in leveraging data to extract insights from large datasets
Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data analysis tools, with experience using SQL to pull and manipulate large datasets
Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and generate user-friendly reports
Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage and prioritize data analysis projects
What we would like to see
A BS/BA degree or coursework in Healthcare Management/Analytics
Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, to create compelling visual representations of data for enhanced decision-making and reporting
Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
Knowledge or experience in the healthcare revenue cycle
