Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking a Data Analyst with an active public trust clearance to help a federal client in the Northern Virginia area. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights to support decision making.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/Power BI skills and experience in ETL and dashboards. U.S. citizenship with an active clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, applied math, business intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2–5 years of progressively responsible experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate analytical solutions by mining data, analyzing datasets, and yielding actionable insights.
• Gather business requirements and validate data for analytics requests.
• Create and present visualizations to support decision making.
• Design, implement, and manage ETL processes to move data between systems.
