Job description

Part‑Time: Approximately 10–20 hours per week.

Public Trust Clearance required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop data models, dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business and investigative objectives.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify fraud trends, anomalies, and operational risks.
• Build and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation, methodologies, and analytical artifacts.
• Support existing analytics applications and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and pattern recognition using modern analytical tools.
• Participate in site visits and collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for data‑driven insights.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience detecting fraud through data analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with Azure or AWS services, including Databricks, Data Factory, and Data Lake.
• Knowledge of law enforcement, audit, investigative, or compliance environments.
• Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience.
• Experience presenting findings to leadership and large stakeholder groups.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience working with cloud‑based analytics platforms and business intelligence tools.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have spent a combined total of 6 months or more outside the U.S. during the last 5 years.
