Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven analyst in Philadelphia to oversee monthly, semester, and annual population-level metrics. You will build, run, and interpret reports, support public health surveillance, and assist with immunization and insurance reporting workflows.

You will collaborate across data systems, develop analysis plans, and create innovative data sharing and visualization approaches to present findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Master's degree in public health or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work on a team.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple data systems and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS) and electronic health record systems preferred.
  • Commitment to diversity and ability to work with individuals from different backgrounds.
