Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data from ERP, CRM, and other sources into actionable insights. You will build and optimize Tableau dashboards, run SQL queries, and collaborate with executives to drive business decisions.

You will leverage Snowflake, Visual Studio Code, and Excel in a fast-paced analytics team, turning complex datasets into clear recommendations for improving processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Highly proficient in Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of data structure and how joins change the grain of a dataset.
• Knowledge of data management concepts, data modeling, and database technologies.
• Experience applying advanced analytics techniques and translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Dissect business processes using data with a problem-solving mindset.
• Query and analyze data from various data sources.
• Provide concise logical explanations for diverse stakeholders.
• Perform regression modeling for A/B and multivariate analysis.
• Create Tableau workbooks and use advanced Tableau formulas (LOD, Parameters).
• Create SQL queries that optimize performance.
• Collaborate with analytics teams and business units.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
