Entrust seeks a Data Analyst to support Revenue Operations, Sales, Compensation, and Customer Success through reliable analytics and reporting. You will own Tableau dashboards, validate data mappings, and partner with BI for scalable data solutions.

The role requires strong Excel and Tableau skills, Salesforce reporting experience, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. Hybrid work in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field plus 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced Excel skills to reconcile large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau experience.
• Experience creating reporting in Salesforce.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Tableau dashboards for NRR, GRR, ACV, retention and analytics; drive enhancements and communicate methodology.
• Translate business requirements into data solutions or services clearly and concisely.
• Monitor and optimize data systems performance and data quality.
• Maintain customer and sales-account mappings for retention and compensation reporting.
• Collaborate with BI to architect and improve data sources and governance.
• Investigate complex contract and billing scenarios across source systems.
