You will balance analytical work with hands-on development, contribute to deployment, and support end users. Strong communication and collaboration across teams are essential for delivering reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Experience developing and deploying Tableau solutions and working knowledge of database principles, data structures, and database design.
• Experience with CRM development and support is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and deploy Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements.
• Contribute to CRM development, configuration, maintenance, and user support; validate dashboards before release.
• Prepare clear documentation covering requirements, processes, data definitions, and solution functionality; collaborate with partners to deliver solutions.
