The Data Analyst role focuses on applying data science methods, reporting client data, and supporting project objectives while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid Washington DC area setting.

Qualifications

• Must have DHS suitability clearance eligibility.
• 4 years of professional data science or data engineering experience.
• BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Science (Physics or Chemistry only), or Mathematics with 24 quantitative hours.
• Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills; able to present solutions in writing and speaking.
• Solid understanding of applying mathematical, statistical and econometric methods to real problems.
• Experience with Excel and Access.
• Hybrid work setup; must live in Metro DC area.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge to obtain, integrate, and report client data and develop analytic methodologies.
• Lead analytic techniques, define project objectives and direction.
• Resolve complex problems requiring analytics expertise.
• Create data templates, maintain databases, and use analytical tools.
• Analyze acquisition data, design materials, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Conduct research, data gathering, and technical reviews.
• Produce written deliverables: reports, spreadsheets, data bases, process maps, designs, testing and implementation.
• Troubleshoot report data issues and align technical knowledge with business needs.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
