This role focuses on translating data into clear financial outcomes while supporting a fast-paced global sales organization. You will manage monthly and quarterly payouts, resolve compensation inquiries, and oversee changes to SPIFF plans.

• Oversee the compensation management platform, ensuring absolute accuracy of data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic.
• Partner directly with leadership and internal audit teams to provide up-to-date performance metrics and maintain compliance.

• Experience utilizing specialized incentive compensation management platforms, with a strong preference for Everstage.
• Familiarity with major CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
