Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services is seeking a Data Analyst for the Quality Assurance Program. You will work with a trusted team to analyze data, develop reports, and support data-driven decision making for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI and SQL, and experience with data cleaning, reporting, and program evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of data analysis or program evaluation experience, preferably in community-based programs or social sciences.
• Experience in data analysis, outcomes management and using Power BI for data transformation and reporting.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present data for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, report data, and measure outcomes for the QA program.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions.
• Assist in program evaluation through outcomes development and CQI projects.
• Collaborate with department management to provide data interpretation and software utilization.
