Dave & Buster's is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and support enterprise reporting and data governance. You will work with stakeholders, Data Engineering, and Architecture to drive data modernization and trusted decision-making.

The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboarding, and cross-functional partnership across business and technology teams, with a focus on delivering scalable analytical assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's preferred.
• 1–2+ years in data analytics, BI, reporting, or related roles.
• Experience gathering/documenting business and data requirements.
• Experience developing dashboards/reports for business stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
• Develop SQL queries, datasets, data models, and analytical solutions for self-service reporting.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, and KPI tracking using enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into specs.
• Support data governance initiatives including metadata management and KPI standardization.
