Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or related field.
• 1–3 years of Power BI, SQL, and data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, and queries.
• Hands-on Power BI experience: dashboards, semantic models, DAX, Power Query.
• Understanding of data modeling, refresh behavior, and report usability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and ability to support non-technical users.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, well-documented work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Handle data requests using SQL, Power BI, and other tools.
• Investigate data discrepancies and support data quality initiatives.
• Triage and resolve data-related support tickets; escalate when needed.
• Provide Power BI and Dynamics data system support and answer data questions.
• Document report logic and SQL queries in the knowledge base.
