Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights using Power BI and SQL within a fast-growing construction-focused team.

You will design dashboards, automate workflows with Power Platform, and collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality, security, and reporting reliability.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or related discipline preferred.
• Three or more years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Power BI and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Construction or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Power BI reporting and analytics design, build, maintain, and improve reports and models.
• Create user-friendly dashboards with strong visuals and clear business context.
• Write and troubleshoot DAX measures, calculated columns, Power Query transformations, and report logic.
• Develop SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, and data-quality needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve data models and reliability.
• Configure and maintain row-level security and access controls.
• Document report logic, data definitions, and governance requirements.
• Automate workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
• Lead training and adoption to improve user engagement.
