Job summary

American Power & Gas is seeking a Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Florida. You will translate business needs into analytics, build dashboards with Power BI, and deliver actionable insights across marketing, sales, and operations.

You will develop measurement frameworks, create predictive models, and partner with teams to optimize data workflows from sourcing to reporting. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to success.

Qualifications

• University degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 1–3 years of data reporting/analysis in a quantitative setting, preferably Sales/Marketing.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools to report KPIs and convey trends.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Power BI and data analytics across marketing and sales.
• Develop measurement frameworks and define success metrics and optimization levers.
• Provide regular performance trends, forecasts, and insights for leaders and executives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify analytics opportunities and build tools for decision making.
• Design data-driven frameworks for lead distribution, scoring, and pipeline management.
• Develop predictive models and proformas to support leadership decisions.
