Job summary

IEM is seeking a Data Analyst to sustain the IEM360 system by collecting, organizing, and maintaining enterprise data. You’ll ensure data accuracy for performance tracking, trends, and decision-support, collaborating with Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing leadership to keep data timely and precise.

You will gather data, maintain logs, and generate reports that inform daily operations, with emphasis on translating findings into clear recommendations and actions for leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational excellence, business analytics, engineering, or a related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Strong data management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor preferred) and reporting/visualization tools; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and input operational data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives through data management including cycle times studies, line balancing, machine performance, material usage, downtime, and product output.
• Maintain and update operation logs, records, and databases with the most current information.
• Assist operations by providing up-to-date data on production performance, maintenance logs, machine status, and work orders.
• Generate basic reports and summaries for various teams and management to support daily decisions.
• Assist in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, or discrepancies affecting operations.
