Job summary

FSA Federal seeks a Data Analyst to support the DEA mission by gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources. The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, documentation, and timely status updates, within a national law enforcement framework.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office and databases. A related field background is preferred, with possible consideration for a related military or legal experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Meticulous data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to review complex documents.
• MS Office suite and databases experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Receives, gathers, analyzes, and organizes information from multiple sources.
• Ensures completeness and reconciles inconsistencies in information.
• Enters data accurately into databases or spreadsheets.
• Maintains physical files and tracks case file status to meet deadlines.
• Coordinates requests for additional information as needed.
• Prepares documents, reports, summaries, and inquiries with accurate formatting.
