  • Implement data cleaning, transformation, and validation routines to improve data quality, reconcile conflicting records, and ensure conformance with established data governance and stewardship standards.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, data engineers, and system owners to understand source system structures, optimize data models, and enhance data pipelines for analytics use in mission‑critical environments.
  • Document analytical methodologies, data dictionaries, business rules, and recurring report logic to support transparency, reproducibility, and efficient onboarding of new team members and stakeholders.
  • Assist in evaluating, configuring, and integrating new analytics and visualization tools, including prototyping reusable templates, components, and query patterns for common business questions.
  • Provide user support and training for stakeholders on self‑service analytics capabilities, including explaining metric definitions, data limitations, and best practices for interpreting dashboards and reports.

  • Active Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required by the client).
  • U.S. citizenship required to support a highly regulated government environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with defense or other highly regulated federal data environments and associated governance standards.
  • Familiarity with one or more major BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) including use of calculated fields and parameters.
