Job summary

Touro College & University System is seeking a Data Analyst to collect, validate, analyze, and report institutional data across the university system. You will develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support academic and administrative initiatives.

The role collaborates with the Office of Institutional Research & Effectiveness to ensure data integrity, translate requirements into technical specifications, and support regulatory, accreditation, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience with 1–3 years in data analytics or related field.
• Experience in higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report institutional data to support academic and administrative initiatives across the Touro University System.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and performance metrics using tools like Tableau, SQL Server Management Studio, and Excel.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to develop reporting solutions that support institutional priorities and evidence-based planning.
• Synthesize complex data from data sources to answer leadership inquiries.
• Translate business requirements into reporting specifications, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and quality of institutional data across reporting systems.
• Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data collection methods, reporting standards, and analytical workflows.
