Job summary

Liaison International is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with the Data Product teams and stakeholders on data analysis and reporting, building and maintaining analysis tools, monitoring data quality.

The Data Analyst will contribute to data-driven decision-making across Liaison's programs and ensure data quality across multiple systems. 4+ years in a data-centric role, strong SQL/Python; experience with Tableau, Postgres, SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, and ETL pipelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, DS or equivalent (another technical field, certifications, experience)
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer or a similar data-centric role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from large data sets using SQL and Python
• Skilled data detective, able to research and understand large unfamiliar complex data sets and uncover data quality issues, inconsistencies, and patterns
• Understanding of AI-powered data ops and building dashboards with Tableau or similar BI tools

Responsibilities

• Collect, profile, process, and analyze data from various systems, to provide valuable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Data Products teams and Business stakeholders to provide decision-support solutions, as well as build and enhance Liaison’s Data Products
• Analyze data and reports to identify quality and process issues and make improvements.
• Present data-driven analysis and insights to diverse technical and non-technical audiences and drive business and technology enhancements.
• Needs to be available during US business hours
