You will support software development with research, modify queries, and work with global operational teams to define success metrics and efficiency opportunities. Ideal candidates have a Master’s in analytics and 2+ years of experience in statistics, data visualization, SQL, Python or R, and experience with cloud data warehouses like Redshift or Postgres.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field required.
• 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations required.
• 2 years of experience in statistics, data visualization, data analysis, SQL coding, and scripting in Python or R, to analyze data and create reports; experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Amazon Redshift) and analytics platforms; Excel, PowerPoint for data exploration; dashboarding tools; A/B testing and web analytics; data-driven insights with business impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational decisions with respect to software through data analysis and management; support day-to-day software development with data analysis and research.
• Modify pre-designed queries to assess data for research purposes; coordinate with operational teams to use data and define success metrics.
• Identify efficiency opportunities, understand project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces with software design; propose experiments and communicate insights via dashboards.
