Tillster is seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to drive analytics across multiple business areas. You will own end-to-end analyses, from scoping to presentation, while collaborating with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Account Management to interpret outputs and surface insights.

This role emphasizes proactive identification of trends and data-driven recommendations, with growing autonomy in experimental work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of data analytics or BI experience.
• Strong SQL with window functions and CTEs.
• 2+ years in Looker/LookML development.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud data warehouses (Redshift/BigQuery).
• Proven ability to build dashboards for non-technical users.
• Knowledge of Git, PR reviews and code style guides.
• Familiarity with agile processes.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end analytics for assigned business areas and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc analyses for Marketing, Product, Finance, and Account Management with interpretation of outputs.
• Identify trends and anomalies and surface insights proactively.
• Assist with A/B test experiments, building toward independent design.
