Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst III to deliver business solutions through a Power BI experience. You will shape data into actionable visuals and serve as a domain expert in supply chains, leveraging Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives.

You will develop dashboards, engage with stakeholders, and elevate data maturity across the organization, supporting agile development and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent is required.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• 2+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis is preferred.
• Experience in cloud environments is a plus.
• 2+ years applying projects demonstrating digital transformation and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into usable visualizations.
• Engage the business to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core value-added functionality.
• Collaborate in a team setting and mentor junior members.
• Guide entrepreneurial innovation in analytical products and data source curation.
