Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst III to deliver analytics solutions for the operations team via Power BI, shaping data into actionable dashboards and reports within Ryder's Azure Data Lake.

You will collaborate with Data Analysts and Scientists to drive descriptive and prescriptive insights for internal teams and customers, exploring streaming data and advanced analytics to push the business forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent (Required)
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent (Preferred)
• 2 years or more in experience creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business and cloud environment (Required)
• 2 years or more in Applied Project(s) experience in digital transformation and data management (Required)
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into visualizations to drive decisions.
• Engage the business to prioritize ad-hoc requests and create innovative solutions.
• Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team and mentor junior members to achieve success.
• Challenge the status quo and drive analytical product innovation and new data sources.
• Understand Ryder business and its supply chain complexity to extract meaningful insights.
