Support day-to-day software development through data analysis and research, including modifying pre-designed queries to assess data for research purposes. Coordinate with operational teams to use and make decisions based on data, and work with operational teams to define success metrics. Identify efficiency opportunities and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces with regard to software design. Propose experiments using insights, communicate complex ideas about our operations through visual aids like dashboards, and perform data modeling to establish high level goals for operational teams. Utilize technical tools, including programming languages, dashboarding tools, and SQL tools.
