Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst II for the Global Supply Chain team in Mason, OH. You will aggregate data, perform statistical analysis, integrate sources, and provide findings for decision making.

Responsibilities include root cause analysis, KPI reporting, and developing data collection systems to ensure data quality. You will present findings to leadership and work onsite five days per week with eligible benefits and growth opportunities.

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Performs root cause analysis on large data sets and provides insights and recommendations.
• Develops reporting on new or existing KPIs.
• Develops data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality.
• Identifies business trends and forms hypotheses for presentations with partners and leaders.
• Identifies analytics improvement opportunities and offers proactive solutions.
• Leverages tools to develop digital automation for streamlining processes.
