Description

• The Data Analyst II is responsible for designing and disseminating comprehensive reports with data derived from multiple sources.
• The Analyst will use existing data elements to create meaningful metrics, and independently engage in data exploration to validate findings, identify irregularities, and detect trends.
• The Analyst will create automated reporting processes that do not require cutting & pasting.
• The Analyst may build data collection tools using systems such as Microsoft Forms and REDCap.
• The Analyst will use a variety of mechanisms to communicate key insights, including flat reports, interactive dashboards, PowerPoint, and oral presentations.
• Key competencies include advanced Excel abilities and novice familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, VBA).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday support experience is highest priority.
