Fabletics, a member of TechStyle Fashion Group, is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the El Segundo headquarters on a hybrid schedule. You will craft SQL-driven analyses, build data visualizations in Tableau, and partner with analytics and engineering teams to drive data-informed decision-making for Merch & Planning.

The role emphasizes independent work, clear communication with stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skills to extract data and build reports.
• Strong understanding of relational databases & BI tools.
• Aptitude for translating data analysis into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data and analysis for Merch & Planning; share actionable insights.
• Write intermediate to complex SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake.
• Manage Tableau BI platform, including data modeling and automated reporting.
• Identify data needs for Merch & Planning analytics use cases; propose improvements to data architecture.
• Partner with data engineering to improve data systems and processes.
• Progress toward more automated and scalable analytics workflows.
