Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Data Management Specialist to handle end-to-end setup, enrichment, and maintenance of securities and reference data in Eagle and related platforms. You will validate data between Bloomberg, CRD, GoldenSource, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely feed updates.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Operations to resolve data discrepancies and support trade enablement, while driving data quality initiatives through

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in Reference Data / Security Master / Investment Data Management within asset management, investment banking, or financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of Eagle (PACE, STAR, Data Management) and data management processes.
• Proficient with Bloomberg applications (BBG Terminal, BBG AIM, BBG PORT) and Charles River (CRD) for data sourcing and validation.
• Familiarity with data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg BPIPE, Refinitiv, Markit) and static data integration workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions (primarily US-based teams).
• Willingness to work in US time zone (evening/night IST).

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end setup, enrichment, and maintenance of securities and reference data in Eagle and related platforms.
• Validate and reconcile data between Bloomberg, CRD, GoldenSource, Eagle, and internal systems for accuracy.
• Execute and monitor daily data feeds, ensuring timely updates and resolving exceptions.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Operations to resolve data discrepancies and support trade enablement.
• Support data quality initiatives, including automation, process improvements, and data standardization efforts.
