Job summary

TIAA is seeking a highly motivated Reference Data Analyst to join the Reference Data and Security Master team. You will own setup, enrichment, and maintenance of security and reference data across multiple asset classes, collaborating with global teams to ensure accuracy.

This role requires strong analytical thinking and data validation across Eagle, Bloomberg, CRD, and Golden Source, plus participation in UAT, change management, and documentation to support Front Office, Portfolio Management,

Qualifications

• Hands-on reference data management within asset management or financial services.
• Experience with Eagle data management platform (PACE/STAR/Data Management) is essential.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal and Charles River for data sourcing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end setup, enrichment and maintenance of security and reference data across platforms.
• Validate and reconcile data across Eagle, Bloomberg, CRD, and Golden Source to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor data feeds, resolve exceptions promptly, and support trade enablement.
• Maintain security master data across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and funds.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Portfolio Management, Compliance and Operations to resolve data issues.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives including automation and process improvements.
• Participate in UAT, change management, and production validation for platform migrations.
• Document processes in line with data governance and control frameworks.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support reporting for business users.
