Golden Pet Brands in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Data Analyst II for Retail Distribution & 3PL Operations to support the performance of an omni-channel distribution network. You will transform logistics, inventory, order, transportation, and customer data into actionable reporting and insights to monitor delivery performance and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, logistics, or supply chain.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Experience with PowerBI, Google scripts, SQL, and AI prompting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reports measuring fulfillment, transportation, inventory, retailer compliance, delivery performance, cost, and DC capacity.
• Analyze operational and transportation data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support inventory planning, replenishment, capacity planning, and demand analysis; resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Validate and troubleshoot data across ERP, WMS, and reporting systems for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with DCs, supply chain teams, vendors, and transportation to plan and track shipments.
• Optimize shipping schedules and load consolidation to improve vehicle utilization and reduce costs.
