What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with ad operations, sales, and revenue teams to develop analytic monitoring and measurement tools
- Create visualizations to monitor business performance and identify trends for investigation
- Inform the analytics roadmap and lead projects through all phases
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their analytics capabilities
- Contribute to anomaly investigations and define meaningful exception-based alerting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst role working at scale
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL (CTEs, window functions, optimization)
- Experience with major BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Big Query
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of analytics experience in the Ad Tech industry with knowledge of Google Ad Manager
- Experience with R or Python for data modeling or manipulation
- Experience with dbt and Snowflake
- Familiarity with event tracking systems (NewRelic, Snowplow, etc.)
- Ability to foster a fun and engaging team environment
