Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desired.
• 2+ years of related experience in data analysis or BI.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization, data modeling, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze data from multiple systems using SQL, Python, Power Query.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Apply AI-assisted analytics to accelerate exploration, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with business users to define data requirements and translate needs into specs.
• Develop and maintain reusable data pipelines and data quality controls.
• Validate data accuracy and document assumptions and lineage.
• Explore AI/ML use cases and evaluate results against business value and data quality.
• Support data migrations and cloud/on-prem data platforms.
• Review processes and opportunities for automation and self-service analytics.
• Stay current on analytics and governance best practices.
