Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Mason, Ohio seeks a Data Analyst II to aggregate and analyze business data across the Global Supply Chain. You will integrate data from multiple sources, develop queries and reports, and provide insights to support decision making.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis on large datasets, KPI reporting, and data quality initiatives. You will present findings to leadership and collaborate with partners across the organization, with on-site work required five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI, SQL Server, Google Big Query, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills without supervision and provides technical guidance
• Must be authorized to work in the US; onsite in Mason, OH five days a week

Job description

Cintas is seeking a Data Analyst II for our Global Supply Chain team. The Data Analyst II will aggregate and perform statistical analysis on business data. Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Write queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in large data sets to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement. May develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality. Provides findings and analysis for use in decision making.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performs root cause analysis on large data sets to uncover insights and generate recommendations for all levels of GSC.
• Provides and or develops reporting on new or existing KPI’s
• Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality.
• Identify business trends, form hypotheses, as well as plan and conduct presentations and discussions with partners and leaders across the organization.
• Identify reporting/analytics improvement opportunities and provide proactive, consultative strategic solutions, including identifying business process and change management drivers. Utilize process and divisional expertise to provide guidance to peers.
• Leverage various tools to develop and implement digital automation for the streamlining of business processes, procedures, and deliverables.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years' experience in Data Analytics
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in the majority of the following systems (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI, SQL Server, Google Big Query, Excel, Power Query, Power Automate).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills without supervision and provides technical guidance
• when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies. Project Management skills
• Ability to Present findings to direct leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time for this role.
• Must be willing to work onsite in the Mason, Ohio office 5 days per week.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• 2+ years' experience in Supply Chain
• Experience with Python or R
• Experience with KNIME or Alteryx
• Experience with Digital Automation
• Lean Six Sigma
