Job summary

As the lead for collecting and interpreting internship data, you will develop assessment strategies, track outcomes, and create reports demonstrating program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and some data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate, Tableau, and Qualtrics; ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, audit, analyze, and report data of low- to moderate complexity.
• Ensure data integrity and quality for decision-support reports.
• Develop and administer internship surveys and assessment tools.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for government officials, leadership, and staff.
