Job summary

AArete is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to work with our consulting team in Chicago, contributing to data collection, cleaning, and analysis that informs strategic recommendations. You will build dashboards using Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools, and develop financial models and business cases for clients in healthcare, financial services, retail, and more.

You will collaborate with analysts and managers, gain mentorship, and develop presentation and storytelling skills while delivering

Qualifications

Current undergraduate student entering their third or fourth year (Spring 2028 graduation).
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to spend summer in our downtown Chicago office, in office daily during June 7–August 13, 2027.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to collect, clean, and analyze data to support strategic recommendations.
Build dashboards and visualizations in BI platforms to inform decisions.
Use Excel, SQL, Snowflake and visualization tools to uncover trends and opportunities.
Support in building business cases, financial models, and actionable insights for clients.
Analyze healthcare data for clients and develop efficient solutions.
Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Partner with analysts and managers to solve real-world business challenges.
