Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support HQ IMCOM with real property asset management.

The role focuses on data standardization, reconciliation, dashboard population, and metrics reporting for the real property portfolio. Key tasks include building spreadsheets from GFEBS data for financial analysis of acquisitions, space utilization, asset configuration and allocation, and user status; maintaining inventory metrics dashboards; and providing real-time

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration; relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
2+ years of professional experience performing data analytics, preferably supporting financial or asset management functions.
Clearance: No security clearance required; favorable adjudication for CAC issuance and system registrations.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain spreadsheets extracting and organizing GFEBS data for financial analysis of acquisitions, space utilization, acquisition type, asset configuration and allocation, and user status.
Populate and support inventory metric dashboards.
Provide real-time data support in the form of spreadsheets and reports.
