Job summary

Centene is seeking an analytics professional to analyze integrated datasets and extract insights that influence business decisions and reduce the cost of care for members. You will work with stakeholders to deliver insights and improvements in clinical outcomes.

You will interpret data from multiple sources, support large projects, perform root-cause analyses, and help automate processes while communicating findings to non-technical partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience with large databases, data verification, and data management.
• Knowledge of SQL/query languages; Python and R preferred.
• Knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources including provider, member/patient, and third-party data.
• Support execution of large-scale projects with limited direction from leadership.
• Identify and perform root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customer.
• Manage multiple tasks and data review processes under direct supervision within timelines.
• Support design, testing, and implementation of process enhancements and opportunities for automation.
• Communicate findings to non-technical business partners both verbally and visually.
• Performs other duties as assigned
