Job summary

The University of Georgia seeks a Data Specialist to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data visualization for the Division of Development & Alumni Relations (DAR). The role collaborates with stakeholders to design and deliver reports and dashboards using Workday and Blackbaud CRM.

You will contribute to ETL processes, data source management, and customer-facing reporting support, leveraging Qlik, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, data visualization, and data curation.
• Experience with Workday reporting and financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics across Workday and Blackbaud CRM.
• Assist in ETL workflow development and data validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide end-user reporting support and create documentation and guides for reporting processes.
