Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of programming and data analytics experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong SQL, SSIS, and SSRS technical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, .NET, MS Office, SSRS, Tableau, Python, R, and Machine Learning techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop reports and dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Develop and implement project plans for reporting initiatives and BI projects, including stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate with specialists to transition legacy reports to SSRS, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain availability, accuracy, and performance of reports and dashboards.
• Complete ad-hoc user requests and identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes.
