Job Title: Data Analyst - I
Location: Remote (Must be able to work 9am-5pm CST)
Period: 03/04/2024 to 08/30/2024
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $23/hr
Contract Type: W-2, temp to perm potential

Scope of Services:

The primary focus of the Data Analyst is on researching and matching new customer records from various sources, resolving issues submitted by sales representatives, reconciling missing data records, and providing support for special projects as directed by management. Additionally, addressing and resolving ad-hoc issues submitted by reps is a key responsibility.

Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:

• Research and match new customer records added to Data Foundation from Sales Tracing, SAP Instruments, Definitive Healthcare and Sales Force contracts.
• Research and resolve issues submitted by sales reps via Data Governance System – missing accounts, customer segments, commissionable status, etc.
• Research and reconcile missing data records across sources – instrument tracking, contract alignment, etc.
• Support special projects as defined by management.
• Assist in addressing and resolving issues submitted by reps on an ad-hoc basis.

Experience:

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI.
• Data analysis skills and experiences preferred.
• Familiarity with Data Governance Systems.
