Job summary

IAPP is seeking a Data Analyst in a hybrid role based in Portsmouth, NH. The analyst will support day-to-day data operations, develop dashboards, and help shape the organization’s data strategy.

Responsibilities include building reports in Power BI, monitoring data quality, and collaborating across teams to enable data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes AI-assisted automation and data integrity across multiple sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1+ year(s) of experience using SQL, reading, writing, and modifying complex queries.
• Experience with Power BI to build reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Intermediate Excel experience with VLOOKUP and cross-cell references.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand and support critical metrics used for ongoing operational management.
• Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Power BI and other tools to provide departments with day-to-day metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements to maintain departmental reporting capabilities.
• Understand IAPP’s reporting environment and guide analysis to build auxiliary data flows.
• Contribute to development and execution of IAPP’s data strategy, including data collection, storage, governance, and usage.
