Job summary

Emory University in Atlanta, GA seeks a Data Analyst to support NIH-funded studies in HIV prevention epidemiology and digital health interventions. You will develop data systems, perform data cleaning, and assist with analyses and manuscript preparation across US and international settings.

The candidate will work closely with the PI and team, contributing to data visualization and statistical modeling while potentially co-authoring manuscripts and presenting findings at conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of data analysis or related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics or a related quantitative field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata for studies.
• Develop data collection systems and ensure data standards are followed.
• Perform data cleaning and assist with codebook development.
• Prepare analysis datasets and documentation for manuscripts.
• Collaborate with investigators and post-docs on data analysis and visualization.
