Greenfield Talent seeks a Data Analyst for a fast‑growing tech startup in healthcare infrastructure. You will deliver analytics, build scalable data models, and create internal tools that empower engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Your work will influence how software is delivered to healthcare providers. This hybrid role requires 4–8 years of data experience, strong SQL, and hands‑on with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift, plus Metabase, Terraform, Python, and dbt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math/science/engineering or data‑intensive field.
• 4–8 years of data analysis, ETL, and process automation.
• 3+ years with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong SQL in large‑scale environments.
• Experience with GCP/BigQuery, Metabase, Terraform, Python, and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact analytics & insights: build dashboards and visualizations for diverse stakeholders.
• Enable self‑serve data solutions: develop internal tools to increase efficiency.
• Build scalable data products: create robust data models in the data stack.
• Own BI platform implementation: maintain reporting systems for accuracy and accessibility across the org.
