As a Data Analyst focused on State and Local Tax compliance, you'll dive into tax reporting data to uncover insights that drive better decision‑making across our organization. You might start your day analyzing data quality issues in a specific tax jurisdiction, then collaborate with our tax and engineering teams to define requirements for a new reporting feature. You'll work with colleagues to understand their pain points in current processes, then translate those insights into data‑driven solutions. Your work bridges the gap between our tax experts and our technical teams, ensuring everyone has the information they need to do their best work. You'll also have opportunities to develop new metrics that help us measure the effectiveness of our tax data initiatives.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
