Q2 is hiring a Data Analyst to understand customer fraud challenges and translate them into product improvements. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response colleagues to track fraud trends, prioritize enhancements, and build protective tooling for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst (or similar).
• Experience using AI tools in your work.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Track trends in fraud cases and advise prioritization in product enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response teams to build protection for customers.
• Work with internal tooling to support fraud prevention initiatives.
