West Virginia University’s Institute for Community and Rural Health is hiring a Hybrid Data Analyst to support data management, research and program evaluation across multiple health initiatives. You will work with faculty, program managers, and community partners to manage data from collection through analysis, reporting, and archiving, ensuring accuracy, security, and reproducibility.

You’ll develop data management plans, build databases, and create dashboards for grant reporting and program

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data analytics, public health, epidemiology, economics, computer science, or related field
• At least 1 year collecting, managing, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data
• Experience developing or maintaining databases, data documentation, and QA procedures
• All qualifications must be met by employment start date

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain data management plans for projects
• Build and maintain databases, data collection forms, data dictionaries, codebooks and SOPs
• Coordinate data submissions and ensure secure transfers and formats
• Prepare analysis-ready datasets with documented provenance
• Create dashboards, visuals, and reports for stakeholders
• Track performance measures for grant reporting and project reviews
• Train staff on data collection tools and procedures
