Job summary

Trigyn Technologies, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst in New York, NY to source, clean and structure data for import to R and Excel. You will analyze and manipulate data using MS Excel and statistical packages (R, Stata, pandas) and synthesize findings in briefing memos for leadership.

You will leverage Excel and other tools to track division projects, interact with staff and partners, and collaborate in a matrixed team environment to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Analyzes organization or business domain and documents processes with clear deliverables.
• Ability to work independently without assistance.
• 36 months of experience cleaning and organizing data in Excel.
• 36 months handling large datasets (100K–1M+ rows) in Excel or similar tools.
• 36 months experience sourcing publicly available data.
• 24 months experience using statistical packages (R, Stata, pandas) to analyze data.
• 36 months experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe software.
• 24 months experience tracking and coordinating projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, public policy, climate, or related fields.
• 36 months of experience working in matrixed teams with stakeholder management.
• 12 months experience in climate-related topics or climate-related financial risks.
• 12 months experience in financial services topics.
