Johnstone Supply LLC in New Orleans is seeking a Data Analyst to identify and organize essential data, and to create clear Excel reports for executive decision-making. You will help quantify performance, pricing impacts, and market outcomes across the organization.

The role requires 3–5 years of data analysis experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with POS/ERP reporting. This on-site position offers growth and exposure to a leading HVACR distribution network.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree is required.
• Three to five years related experience in a data analysis role.
• High level of computer literacy and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with a POS or ERP database, with reporting functionality.
• Proficiency with pivot tables, charts and graphs in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant data required to analyze and measure company performance.
• Identify data to analyze and impact product sell pricing.
• Aggregate and organize data using Microsoft Excel functions.
• Create Excel reports easily understood by senior management for business decisions.
• Present objective information and data mining to inform market strategy and decisions.
• Provide information to improve decision making about business performance.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting to boost staff productivity.
