Weris, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven projects through data analysis, reporting, visualization, and analytical modeling.

This role involves working with complex datasets to identify trends, evaluate performance, develop insights, and support informed decision-making. Under guidance of senior staff, you will assist with data preparation, validation, analysis, visualization, and reporting, leveraging tools like Power BI and Tableau while contributing to dashboards, models,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
• 3–5 years of applicable experience.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced data analysis and modeling.
• Experience using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) to process data.
• Experience developing dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and AI-assisted analytics preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Conduct trend and performance analyses to identify insights for decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into analyses and recommendations.
• Respond to data requests with timely analytical support for planning and evaluation.
• Communicate findings effectively through presentations and visuals.
